I am a professionally trained artist and teacher, with studios in Taos, New Mexico, and Northern California. My mediums of choice are oil and encaustic painting. “Encaustic” is a method of combining hot wax with oil pigment. Encaustic paint can be sculpted as well as painted.
I prefer not to have limitations on my subject matters, therefore, I can freely work between the disparate beauty of the Southwest and city life.
